1 45 or 50 calorie Tortilla
2T tomatoe sauce
1 cup fresh cut vegetable ( ex: finely diced onions, peppers, tomatoes)
2 T parmesaan cheese
Spread Tomatoe sauce on Tortilla, sprinkle Vegetables on top, and sprinkle parmesaan cheese over. Bake 425 for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Take out and cool for 2 minutes. Cut with Pizza cutter into 4 pieces and yummmm!!! Enjoy guilt free!!
