Next time you are ready to take a bite of a food you know will make you feel guilty later or sabatoge your weight loss, take a deep breath and time yourself for three minutes. Take that time to focus on your thoughts about the future, your goals, and how proud you will be when you get there. Remind yourself how strong you are and write it down on a piece of paper or your weight loss journal. Everytime you do this, it strengthens your resolve and self control, and builds the muscles of your will power. If you do vier off the path of a healthy lifestyle , MAKE AN IMMEDIATE U TURN. Everyone is tempted to turn right at the hot fudge sundae turn, or turn left at the Blueberry pie turn. When you get off the path, pat yourself off and get right back on the path to Wellness!!
