Breakfast is a great way to start your day! It will give you energy, boost your metabolism and help you feel the best you can. Many people are rushing in the morning and run out without starting your motor running, but just like you fuel your car, you need to feed your body for peak performance. Greek Yoghurt with berries and Fiber One Cereal

Smoothie of Almond Milk, banana, Greek yoghurt and 1 T almond butter
Quesadilla with 1 T Peanut Butter and slice banana
Quesadilla with egg whites, spinach, salsa and vegetables
Whole wheat waffle with berries, whipped cottage cheese and light syrup
Light English muffin with egg whites, tomatoes and lite cream cheese
Be creative as you find the best breakfast for you and your family. You can make a “breakfast bar” for Greek Yoghurt and cut up fruits, almonds, cereals in a pretty parfait glass and feel ilke your are at a fancy Bed and Breakfast
Make your own Egg McMuffin by using a light English Muffin, Canadian Bacon, tomato, vegetables and enjoy
Have your own egg white omeletstation ( and can add a whole egg) with lots of fresh vegetables, cheese, turkey bacon and it will keep you full until lunch
